Job Description –
Retail Network Development – Job involves appointing and managing retailers and dealer-distributor network and generate Sales. Development & management of Company Showrooms/Franchisee as per the plan/market need
Channel Sales – Primary Sales as well ensuring secondary movement through the channel
Direct Sales – Various Agencies/Institutions/Govt. Departments managing Key Accounts.
Channel Development – as per the Plan for the State or Area designated. Ensuring Channel Member Satisfaction through proper Service & Sales Supports.
Visual Merchandising -Point of- Sale (PoS) Display of the Brand as well as product and implement Marketing Campaigns and other Sales Promotional Schemes
MIS Reporting – Market Intelligence Reports on New Trends/Competitor Activities / Price Movements
Lead Generation- Ability to Generate adequate leads for Hospitals/Large Institutions in assigned Sales Area.
Negotiate Large Orders and Payment -Terms As per Organizations requirement for the Customer.
Service Contract- For the Large Customers Hospitals,Airports, and other large Institutional buyers create,maintain and complete the Service Contracts.
Assess Market Future Demand- Must be able to go through various journals , knowledge forums to acquire adequate insight into the future trends and opportunities for the Institutional Market.
Education Qualification – The candidate must be a Graduate/MBA. Should have good communication skill and work experience also.Have to interact with clients and solve their queries.
Salary – As per Industry Standard.
